Inspire Home and Health focuses on what a participant can do and builds upon that through an evidence-based, therapeutic approach so all participants can live his/her best life possible.

Participants supported through Inspire Home and Health will have weekly direct visits from the CEO, Shainna Young, an occupational therapist in order to provide the best strategies and interventions.

Participants can grow on a weekly basis from having the consistency of support from an occupational therapist as well as her clinical network which includes physical therapists, speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and nurses. You and your loved ones are in good hands because every participant is cared for. We love celebrating no matter how small or big the accomplish is!

                                                    Our Services Include:

Community Inclusion: Provides the participant the tools to learn the skills needed to thrive in the home and in the community. Our life skill coaches will inspire, prompt, and guide them through every goal needed for independence. Examples of this are:

• Planning healthy eating and cooking
• Maintaining one's apartment 
• Sustaining friendships and social interactions 
• Being an active participant in the community 
• Budgeting 
• Leisure exploration 
• Shopping 
• Exercising
• And many more based on what creates independence within his/her community.

Weekly Oversight and Mentorship from an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Clinical Experience: Inspire Home and Health was founded by an OT whose passion is helping participants achieve their utmost independence. Each participant receives weekly visits from an OT to consult on goal-specific objectives with the life coach, participant, and family thus optimizing the process and current goal for the participant.

Systematic Skill Building (SSB): Provides the participant the skills using the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Building skills to include communication, social, community participation, vocational, and independent living through the ABA approach in order to improve his/her quality of life.

Behavioral Specialist: We focus on providing support to behavioral barriers so the participant is able to live his/her life to the fullest. Our behavioral specialist can create a comprehensive behavioral support plan that will be utilized throughout the participant's day. The plan adapts and develops as often as possible allowing the participant to receive the best supports based on his/her needs.

Supportive Employment: Having a job creates purpose. We provide vocational assessments, job finding, job coaching, and extended supportive employment based on the likes and passion of the participant, close to home.

Healthcare Professional Clinical Network: Our innovative approach is to have real time access to Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Behavioral Specialists to support our life coaches. Along with direct access to an OT, anything is possible to help achieve the participants goals.
