Trinity Home and Health was founded by a Speech Language Pathologist, Stacy McConnell. Our mission is to provide a person-centered culture to people with disabilities in order to promote greater independence, safety, and quality of life in the home, community, and workplace. Our intention is to understand the individual needs of each participant and enhance their lives through purposeful activity in all aspects of life.
